The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services’ mission is to connect people with disabilities and their families to resources and supports to live their best life. To further this mission, BDDS is enhancing the case managers and providers experience in the BDDS Portal. The BDDS Portal 2.0 is targeted for release by the end of the year and will enhance transparency and increase efficiencies to support person-centered practices. A second survey has been created for waiver providers to offer input that will inform the BDDS Portal 2.0 roll out, training resources, business case for the project and potential system enhancements. The survey will focus on IT systems only and does not include questions on process or policy.
Please complete the survey on or before April 23, 2021. The survey is available by clicking here: System Consolidation Project Survey for waiver providers. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your input is an integral part of systems consolidation and for future enhancements to the BDDS Portal. Thank you in advance for your contribution to the success of the systems consolidation project. Questions or comments related to this survey, the BDDS Portal or the BDDS Gateway may be submitted to BDDS.SCPHelp@fssa.in.gov. The DDRS is a program of the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration. If you have questions about DDRS programs and services, visit us online at www.DDRS.In.gov. Comments are closed.
