The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) posted the following important information to the provider website at indianamedicaid.com on April 26, 2018 (unless alternate date is noted).
Bulletins and Banner Pages BT201815 – Additional information provided from the April 2018 quarterly HCPCS update Although the Indiana General Assembly may be called back (special session) for some unfinished business, INARF, Ability Indiana and many Community Rehabilitation Centers (A/K/A Employment Centers) were thrilled with the overwhelming support shown by the Legislators and the Governor as HB 1257 (Indiana’s State Use Law) was unanimously voted up and signed by Governor Eric Holcomb on March 8, 2018.

As previously announced, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) has contracted with Public Consulting Group (PCG) to implement an electronic Claims Payment System (CPS) for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) service vendors for the submission of invoices and payment of claims. The system is being rolled out in two phases: Phase 1) Vendor registration; and Phase 2) Vendor claims payment. Once Phase 2 is implemented, all payments to VR vendors will be processed through CPS.
