The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) posted the following important information to the provider website at in.gov/medicaid/providers on July 29, 2021 (unless alternate date is noted).
The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services and the Bureau of Quality Improvement Services are committed to working collaboratively with case managers and providers. In support of BDDS mission “To connect people with disabilities and their families to resources and supports to live their best life,” BQIS conducted a web-based training on June 30, 2021, on person-centered risk assessment and planning.
The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services and the Bureau of Quality Improvement Services are committed to working collaboratively with individuals, families, case managers and providers to support the individuals using our home-and community-based services waivers to live their vision of a good life.
The Division of Mental Health and Addiction is currently working on implementing a new 9-8-8 hotline and crisis response services in Indiana. It is imperative that as this plan is implemented, individuals with IDD who are in crisis are included and considered. We need your help to make that happen. Please take the survey to ensure all people with crisis needs have access to appropriate services.
