About Us

INARF is the principal membership organization in Indiana representing providers of services to people with disabilities. For 50 years, INARF has maintained positive work relationships with governmental agencies responsible for human service programs, promoted networking and professional development opportunities for members, and provided leadership and support in the promotion of quality programs for persons with disabilities. INARF is committed to strengthening the system of services and supports for Hoosiers with disabilities.
MISSION: INARF is the trusted voice that improves the lives of people with disabilities by strengthening and supporting the disabilities service system.  ​

VISION: A sustainable network of provider organizations delivering high-quality services to support the aspirations of people with disabilities.

VALUES: INARF Member Providers are committed to being professional, high-quality organizations, dedicated to the highest standard of ethics in person-centered service delivery as demonstrated by the following values:
• A sustainable disabilities service system guided by individual choice.
• A strong and supported workforce to ensure individuals receive high-quality services.
• A strong collaboration among providers, stakeholders, and policymakers to build a stable and responsive system. ​
INARF offers membership for 76 Organizational Members (Providers) and for a variety of Associate Members (Industry Partners) each offering different qualifications and benefits.
