INARF 2024 Annual Conference Exhibit Opportunities

This year’s 2-day Annual Conference will once again offer the highly anticipated Expo Hall on the second day, featuring up to forty-eight (48) Exhibit Booth opportunities for vendors to showcase products and services of benefit to organizations and programs supporting individuals with disabilities and for Attendees to gather innovative solutions. The INARF 2024 Expo Hall is currently SOLD OUT and a Waitlist has begun should a cancellation occur. View additional information below on the the Exhibitors already committed to join us!

Note: Exhibitors are welcome to move or remove the Display Table to accommodate their set-up however, displays must be contained within the designated Exhibit space to avoid impeding pedestrian traffic.

ENHANCEMENTS (Available to registered Exhibitors.)

Electrical Outlet | $40
Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your Artisan booth to power lights, displays, etc.
Website & Mobile App Listing Enhancement | $100 
Link your organization’s website to the Conference Website and Mobile App to enhance the visibility of your product and/or service. 
Tote Insert | $300
Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference tote. Production of the marketing brochure/flyers (approx. 450) are the responsibility of the organization and are to be delivered to INARF on or before September 23, 2024. 
Internet Connection (Wired) | $130
Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your exhibit booth. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Expo Hall.

BENEFITS
Exhibit opportunities are designed to offer organizations maximum visibility before, during and after the Conference. The benefits listed below are designed to provide optimal exposure for your organization.

Exposure on the Annual Conference webpage, marketing materials and App. As a Conference Exhibitor, your organization’s name is included in the Exhibitor listing located on the INARF website and ON-LINE publications recognizing your participation in and support of the Annual Conference.
Dedicated Agenda Time. The exhibit layout encourages high traffic in a casual atmosphere to speak with potential customers during dedicated AM/PM breaks and lunch. Attendees are regularly reminded and encouraged to stop by the exhibit booths to gather additional information on the products and/or services of interest to them.
Access to Conference Attendees through Mobile App. Each Exhibitor has the opportunity to utilize the Annual Conference App to send push notifications to registered Conference attendees beginning 2 weeks prior to the event.

Complimentary Breaks & Meals. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, October 10, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch are provided for Exhibitors (Limit 2 per booth).
Complimentary Educational Opportunities. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, October 10, registered Exhibitors may attend any of the educational sessions that highlight new trends and innovations in the human service industry, as time permits. A one-day registration is available for Exhibitors interested in attending the Pre-Conference on Tuesday, October 8 and/or the Conference on Wednesday, October 9.
Discounted Hotel Room Rate.  The Embassy Suites by Hilton Room Block expired on September 7. Attendees requiring overnight accommodations are encouraged to visit – www.hotels.com

EXHIBITOR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the immediate visibility offered, payments are due 30 days from receipt of invoice. INARF has the right to release exhibit booths if payment is not made 30 days from receipt of invoice. Should the need to cancel arise, cancellations received prior to Saturday, August 5 will be subject to a processing fee of 25%; if cancellation occurs between August 9 - September 9, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 9.
