The Indiana Institute on Disability & Community (IIDC) recently launched its Building Leadership Series II. Targeted at supporting individuals with disabilities with opportunities to increase their knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills, the series will take place on March 12-13, April 23-24 and May 21-22, 2014. Rauch will kick off National Disability Awareness Month with the 14th Annual Imagine Awards hosted at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana on March 1, 2013. The final 2013 INARF Quarterly Professional Interest Section meeting took place on November 21, with over 150 members in attendance. 

Following a full morning of concurrent sessions, the afternoon's General Session focused on an industry update and an overview of INARF's Rate Reform Workgroup's efforts to work collaboratively with the Division of Developmental Disability & Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) to explore rate restructuring options. 

On November 7, INARF and The Arc of Indiana came together for the Annual Joint Legislative & Critical Issues Forum and INARF's Seventh Annual Legislative Awards Luncheon. The day's events took place at the Crane Bay Event Center in downtown Indianapolis.
