Audit Committee
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to direct and monitor all aspects of the audit process.

Board Development Committee
The purpose of the Board Development Committee is to complete an annual nomination process resulting in at least one individual per vacancy to the Board of Directors and coordinate the orientation, training, and assessment of members of the Board.

Finance Committee
The purpose of the Finance Committee is to ensure the fiscal soundness of the Association and its operation according to generally accepted accounting standards.

Government Affairs Committee
The purpose of the Governmental Affairs Committee is to develop and advance issues on behalf of the membership both legislatively and administratively through strategic and pro-active planning.

Membership Development Committee
The purpose of the Membership Development Committee is to function as a think tank, scanning the environment, analyzing trends, and then developing professional development events, tools and other resources that equip members to be responsive and successful.

Organizational Development Committee
The INARF Organizational Development Committee is designed to serve as an advisory committee in order to support the Association and its staff by conducting research, contributing ideas and providing feedback in support of improving our effectiveness as the principal membership organization in Indiana representing providers of services to people with disabilities.

Training & Professional Development Committee
The INARF Training and Professional Development Committee is focused on developing the technical skills and industry knowledge base of members.
