Emerging Leaders Develop their Skill Sets in Indiana The Academy is INARF’s commitment to, and investment in, the development of leaders with high potential to positively impact industry growth and success. The INARF Leadership Academy – Class of 2024 attendees were selected by the INARF Leadership Skill-Building Workgroup from a pool of highly qualified and interested applicants advanced by their employers, INARF Member organizations who provide services to Hoosiers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
INARF’s vision is reflected in the robust Curriculum presented throughout four 2-day classes, led by industry experts and experienced leaders, but also from one another through group work and small group projects. Since the Academy’s inception in September 2018, participants have built their capabilities in the following core areas: leading themselves, leading others, and leading change.
