On September 28, 2018, the BDDS Portal access was opened to all BDDS service providers, as a follow up of the first stage of the system rollout to case managers. The PCISP, demographic information and document library are all accessible information providers can access in the BDDS Portal. Direct access to this information for providers is intended to assist with team communication, collaboration on service planning and delivery, and to ensure all team members can readily see regular updates and changes to PCISPs. These plans contain critical information related to individualized assessed needs, what an individual wants for a good life, and provides a strengths-based view of the individuals we support.
