Are you seeking to better understand the depth of person-centered practices, the core values underlying the Indiana Person-Centered Individual Support Plan (PCISP), and how to work effectively and thoughtfully with individuals to create their unique Plan? Join us for this 2-day training, designed and taught by Gwen Chesterfield, that will provide participants with the tools to effectively facilitate and engage as a team member in creating the PCISP and putting the plan into action for individuals who have a BDDS Medicaid Waiver.
