Vocational Rehabilitation Services Online Claims Payment System Go Live

The new online Vocational Rehabilitation claims payment system is planned to go live in late May 2019. In an effort to ensure a smooth transition, please see the guidance below.

• To facilitate the transition to VR-CPS, claims will not be accepted between the dates of April 16, 2019, through May 24, 2019.
• Claims submitted to your local VR office by Monday, April 15, 2019, will be processed for payment through the current reimbursement process, and vendors are strongly encouraged to begin submitting any outstanding invoices immediately;
• Claims that are incorrect, incomplete, submitted without the proper documentation or other related issues are subject to denial. Denied claims will need to be resubmitted after the VR-CPS go live date.
  • VR will make every effort to have authorizations available and ready for claims submission by May 27, 2019, in VR-CPS.
  • An announcement will be released soon with dates and times of training webinars for vendors to learn how to submit claims in the new online VR claims payment system.

The VR vendor registration process continues to be open to all VR service vendors, including incorporated businesses, sole proprietors and individuals.
