The Indiana Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board is interested in your participation in a survey on the Traumatic Brain Injury care-system in the state of Indiana. In 2007, Indiana conducted its last statewide needs and resource assessment for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) care. Over the last decade, these findings were the template for the planning and construction of more comprehensive care for Hoosiers recovering from a TBI. Due to the success of the previous survey, we find it paramount to reassess the current needs and resources throughout Indiana and provide all stakeholders with a consensus opinion on how we can better improve the continuum of care for TBI patients. On average the survey takes about ten minutes to complete. By completing this survey, you will help in identifying gaps and barriers in the current Indiana TBI care-system, as well as help determine opportunities for the development of statewide systems and support to manage TBI as a chronic condition proactively.
The link to the survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IndianaTBISurvey. Your input and feedback are essential in shaping policy surrounding TBI, as well as guiding the state in the direction it needs to go to best serve this population. Please forward this email to anyone you feel could share more insight. The Indiana Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board Comments are closed.
