The Indiana Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) and the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) have released comprehensive transition plans for bringing the Family Supports and Community Integration and Habilitation Waivers into compliance with CMS' Final Rule on Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). Both transition documents are open for public comment until December 1, 2014. In order to assist people with disabilities and their families in understanding the content of the Final Rule, potential changes to the service delivery system, and the transition plans, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) is conducting three teleconferences/Webinars on Tuesday, November 18.
