INARF member Tangram, Inc. is transitioning its leadership. Tangram’s Board of Directors announced the retirement of Connie Dillman, current President and CEO, and the appointment of Steve O’dore. O’dore is currently the Director of Behavioral Health and Life Coaching at Tangram and has been with the organization for 10 years. He was approved by unanimous vote of the board and enjoys the enthusiasm of its members for his vision. O’dore will assume his role at President/CEO of Tangram on July 1, 2015.

“I am extremely honored and humbled to be chosen by the Tangram Board of Directors as the next leader of this great organization.” O’dore said, “In partnership with Tangram’s staff and Board of Directors, I look forward to strengthening relationships with Tangram’s existing community partners and to developing new opportunities for collaboration in an effort to further Tangram’s mission of creating extraordinary lives for individuals with disabilities.” INARF wishes to congratulate O’dore and to thank Dillman for her many years of partnership with INARF and dedication to individuals with disabilities.
