In a bulletin released earlier today, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) announced the availability of the Family and Social Services Administration's (FSSA) Full Statewide Transition Plan. In addition to the Family Supports and Community Integration and HabilitationWaiver Transition Plans released last week, the Statewide Plan contains information on Medicaid Waivers administered by the Division of Aging and the Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
Each plan outlines the assessment and remediation strategies the State will use to bring services into compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) final rule for Home and Community Based Services. All Waiver Documents, including the Statewide Plan, are open for comments until December 1, 2014.
As a reminder, comments may be submitted electronically to DDRSPolicies@fssa.in.gov. When sending comments, please include a courtesy copy to Christiaan Campbell. Comments will also be taken at the DDRS Quarterly Provider Meeting on November 7 and at other events throughout the month.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact your INARF office.
