The Finish Line Youth Foundation held their annual Holiday Drive to benefit the Special Olympics, raising over $877,000. This year’s theme was “Play Unified” to encourage people with and without disabilities to play together.
Finish Line and the Special Olympics have been engaged in this successful partnership for almost five years. According to Marty Posch, president of the Finish Line Youth Foundation, the “generous customers” and “the passion” of Finish Line employees contribute to the success of the partnership and Holiday Drive events. Donations for the drive came from Play Unified events, Finish Line stores, and online.
INARF applauds the partnership between Finish Line Youth Foundation and the Special Olympics. Finish Line’s generous gift will provide the opportunity for more individuals served by INARF members to become Olympians.
