Social Security, Vision 2025 Announced
The United States is embarking on the 80th Anniversary of its Social Security programs this year. On April 27th, Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, officially released Vision 2025. Over the next decade, the vision is meant to guide Social Security through with three key priorities: superior customer experience, exceptional employees, and being an innovative organization.
“We must be prepared to adapt as technology and society changes at an unprecedented rate,” Acting Commissioner Colvin said. “Vision 2025 is our way of making sure we keep up with these changes, and how we position ourselves to best serve the public in the future.”
Social Security has built this webpage containing all information related to Vision 2025. Visitors can learn more about the vision, read what questions others are commonly asking, as provide feedback.
