All sessions will be live-captioned. A recorded webinar will be available following completion of all sessions for VR service vendors unable to participate in a live session. The recording will be posted on the VR vendor webpage.
Beginning May 27, APPROVED VR vendors will be able to view authorizations and submit invoices for the payment of claims. All future payments to VR vendors will only be processed through VR-CPS.
Additionally, it is highly recommended that all vendors view the informational videos that are posted on the VR-CPS login page here. These videos address frequently asked questions.
Please remember: All VR service vendors are required to register in VR-CPS. The upcoming training webinars are specific to vendors that have completed and submitted their registration and will begin using the online claims payment system, VR-CPS, beginning May 27, 2019.
