Insights Consulting, Inc. Celebrates 25th Anniversary

​INDIANAPOLIS - July 1, 2021, marks the 25th anniversary of Insights Consulting, Inc., a leader in the field of I/DD supports. Insights currently employs over 350 people and serve over 1000 people with various challenges throughout the state of Indiana. 

​When Kelly Hartman started Insights Consulting, she intended to provide Behavioral Support services and never planned on being anything but a one-person show. After one year of business, it became clear that the need for services was greater than one person could provide; so, in 1997 Insights hired its first employee.
 
Moving forward to 2006, Insights began to offer Residential Supports for their consumer base and for others in need of quality services. In 2015, Insights began providing Music Therapy supports, and in 2018 Outpatient Mental Health Counseling were added.
 
Insights was named a Top Workplace by the IndyStar in 2009 and has consistently been nominated every year since 2012. Insights works to ensure their employees feel appreciated for the work they do, while also having opportunities to grow into the best person they can be. As Kelly Hartman was quoted in the 2016 Top Workplaces article published by the IndyStar, “If I wake up every day to change the lives of the people we support-why wouldn’t I do the same for our employees?”
 
After 25 years, Insights continues to strive to make a difference in the lives of others. With a thirst for forward-thinking and person-centered values, Insights believes that each person deserves a fresh approach while focusing on the quality of life and independence at all levels.
