Information of Interest: CIH Transform Meeting Presentations and Questions Now Posted

Earlier today, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) posted additional information for the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) waiver town hall meetings. The PowerPoint presentation for all meetings, questions for CIH providers, and questions for CIH recipients and families are posted on the CIH Transform webpage. At the meetings, attendees will be asked questions in order to gain targeted feedback on certain areas of the CIH waiver. 

The town hall meetings will be held at the following locations on the following dates:

*Hosting location time for providers is 3:00-5:00 and for families it is 6:00-8:00.

If you are unable to attend any of the meetings, a survey will be posted on the CIH Transform’s website in the near future that will allow stakeholders to provide input.
