The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration has posted a Home and Community Based Settings Statewide Transition Plan (SWTP) Newsletter. The newsletter provides an overview of the transition plan and its key elements, as well as updates concerning activities related to the transition plan.
FSSA activities are focused on providing additional information in an updated SWTP as requested by CMS in October. Once developed, stakeholders will have the opportunity to review the updated SWTP and provide comment before its submission due by March 31, 2016. Additionally, the newsletter includes initiatives of each FSSA Division as they relate to the SWTP.
INARF applauds FSSA’s ongoing efforts to involve stakeholders in the process and obtain their feedback. INARF will draft comments on the updated SWTP when it is available. Once complete, we will share broadly with the membership for reference and use in drafting individual member organization comments.
