As part of INARF's strategic planning process, the Association is positioning itself to better meet the needs of its diverse membership. One key area of consideration is aligning staff resources with our new strategic direction. With this in mind, INARF is pleased to announce that Christiaan Campbell and Keith Digman are taking on new roles focused on the development of association services, Professional Interest Section leadership and providing assistance to member agencies. As Director of Research and Program Development, Christiaan will stay abreast of industry trends and innovative provider practices, spearhead policy research, and continue working with Corporate Committees. Utilizing his experience as State Use Director, he'll also play a key role in State Use Program product development. In his role as Director of Advocacy & Program Development, Keith will focus on building relationships with policymakers and industry stakeholders, legislative advocacy, and member/State Use Provider recruitment and retention. He will continue his work on the popular INARF list serve Q&A features and will interact with a variety of Corporate Committees. To fully engage with INARF membership, Keith and Christiaan will be meeting with member agencies throughout the year to assure that INARF has a finger firmly on the pulse of the provider community.
