INARF requests your participation in the FY2015 Salary Survey for Member Agency Personnel and Chief Executive Officers in Indiana. The results from these biennial Association projects are used by members when establishing staff wages, evaluating current benefits and assessing feasibility of new or different benefit options. They have become a valuable planning tools for human resource and management staff in our industry.
This Member Agency Personnel Survey includes 65 positions identified and two pages of questions focused on benefits, DSP wages by BDDS district, and workforce statistics. The Survey file for entering the data and the compilation process is similar to our previous survey. The CEO Survey includes 18 fields to complete, all related to CEO compensation and CEO benefits.
The Excel based Survey tool includes logical explanations, protected cells and formatted fields to assure a positive experience for you when entering the data. Please note that all Survey information submitted remains confidential within the INARF office. We anticipate publishing results in December.
For your convenience, the Excel file is formatted to print in a uniform manner for your use while gathering the data. Once you are prepared to input the data, there are instructions within the worksheets. Feel free to rename the file as you wish, however it should keep the “.xls format. In order to assure consistency in submissions, it is important for all Surveys to be completed and submitted electronically. Once completed, please email the Excel file to Barb Young.
Special Note: All survey preparers who submit their completed Salary Survey for Member Agency Personnel by Friday, September 12th will be included in a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card.
