IHCP Updates - Published 7/25

The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) posted the following important information to the provider website at in.gov/medicaid/providers on July 25, 2019 (unless alternate date is noted).

• Added IAC references to the Level-of-Care Review Process section
• Updated mailing address and added email address in the LOC Referral Process and Level II Referral Process sections
• Updated the Member LOC Appeals section
• Updated the Resident Review Process section
• Added the Level I Referral Process section
• Added a note about required end-of-therapy date reporting in the Application of Recalculated Case-Mix Indices and IHCP Rates section
• Added information about the Validation Improvement Plan in the Application of Corrective Remedies section

• Updated the Managed Care Considerations for LTC Facilities section
