IHCP Update: Published November 4

The Indiana Health Coverage Programs posted the following important information to the provider website at in.gov/medicaid/providers on Nov. 4, 2021 (unless alternate date is noted).

BT202198 – IHCP updates PA criteria for HCPCS code Q2041 (Yescarta)
BT202197 – CMS announces new provider enrollment application fee for 2022

Healthy Indiana Plan (see the module for a complete list of updates)

• Updated the Waiver/Authority section
• Added information about when HIP Plus coverage begins in the Fast Track Enrollment section
• Updated the HIP Eligibility and Benefit Plans section, including adding a table with copayment information
• Updated the HIP State Plan Plus, HIP State Plan Basic and HIP Maternity section to include information about HIP Maternity
• Added the Medically Frail Individuals and Pregnant Applicants sections
• Removed HIP Maternity from tables in the HIP Plus and HIP Basic Benefit Plans section and subsections
• Updated the Preventive and Wellness Services and Chronic Disease Management section
• Updated the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Services section
• Updated the Carved-Out Services section to include the full list of managed care carve-outs
• Updated the Nursing Facility Placement section and subsections
