• Added a note about verifying eligibility for LTC members in the Eligibility Verification System section
• Updated the Information Available through the EVS section
• Added information about MRO LON and updated figures in the Benefit Details section and the Detail Information section
• Added the Transfer of Property Detail section
• Clarified information in the Limit Details section
• Updated the Right Choices Program section
• Updated the Institutional Level of Care and Hospice Level of Care section
• Updated the note in the Other Insurance Details section
• Updated the Emergency Services Only section and subsections to include information about Package B
• Updated the Fee-for-Service Benefit Options section to indicate whether services are excluded from or carved out of managed care
• In the 1915(c) HCBS Waiver Services section, added income exception for waiver liability and added reference to MFP-CIH
• Added reference to PACE in the introductory text for the Managed Care Programs section
• Added the Managed Care Entities section
• Updated the Carved-Out Services section, including adding a reference to a list of carved-out pharmacy drugs and adding a bullet for comprehensive environmental lead investigation
• Updated the Healthy Indiana Plan section
