- Injections, Vaccines, and Other Physician-Administered Drugs - Edited and reorganized text throughout the module for clarity - Changed Hewlett Packard Enterprise references to DXC Technology - Added information to the Introduction section about immunizations being a self referral service - Updated the National Drug Code Requirements section and its subsections, including adding outpatient billing and Portal instructions - Removed the reference to infusions from the Reimbursement for Physician-Administered Drugs section - Updated the Nonspecific CPT or HCPCS Drug Codes section to encompass non-injection drugs and to clarify that nonspecific vaccines are not manually priced - Added Coverage and Limitations for Specific Types of Physician-Administered Drugs section heading and introduction to group subsections - Updated the Vaccines for Children Program section and its subsections, including: -Removing reference to the VFC-available vaccines table (no longer included on the Code Sets page) - Clarifying diagnosis code requirements for VFC claims - Removing local and fax numbers for the Indiana Immunization Program - Updating the link to VFC Provider Documents - Division of Disability and Rehabilitation Services - Updated BMR section based on bulletin on FSSA website released in 2016 - Rate chart updated to match IHCP bulletin from 2016 - Added third-party liability language - Added FSSA audit language - Date for Statewide Transition Plan updated Code Table and Other Updates - The following code table updates are now available on the Code Sets page: - Injections, Vaccines, and Other Physician-Administered Drugs - Reviewed all code tables - Removed the Procedure Codes for Vaccines for Children (VFC) - Available Vaccines table - See the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Vaccine Price List at cdc.gov for information on what vaccines are covered under the VFC program Check out these resources to Check out these resources to stay up-to-date with the most recent changes at the IHCP.
