IHCP Important updates posted to the website - Published 8/23

​The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) posted the following important information to the provider website at indianamedicaid.com on August 23, 2018 (unless alternate date is noted). 

News and Announcements (home page)
• Make plans now to attend the 2018 IHCP Annual Provider Seminar 

Provider Reference Modules 
Division of Mental Health and Addiction Behavioral and Primary Healthcare Coordination Services (See the module for a full list of changes)
• Added the toll-free Consumer Service Line telephone number in the Provider Agency Expectations and BPHC Resident Rights and Responsibilities sections
• In the Incident Reporting section, added complete list of incidents available on the Critical Incident Report form
• Updated the HIP information in the note box in the Other Criteria section
• Updated the activities regarding face-to-face assessment and interview in the Activities Required Prior to Creating a BPHC Application section
• Clarified in the Provider Requirements for Face-to-Face Evaluations section that the evaluation must be conducted face-to-face
• Updated the Submission of the BPHC Application Packet section
• Updated the Accessing and Using the Residential Setting Screening Tool (RSST) section
• Updated the Definitions Used in the RSST section
• Updated the DMHA telephone number in the Behavioral Health Assessment Tool (ANSA) and BPHC Eligibility section
• Updated the Person-Centered Plan of Care Development section to match the attestations required on the BPHC application
• Updated the BPHC member application fields in the BPHC Clinical Eligibility Review Process section
• Updated Appendix C: BPHC Application Screen Shots
• Updated the Submitted, DMHA Denied, and DFR Pending status code descriptions in Table 9 ‒ Rating Guidelines
• Added Appendix G: Residential Setting Screening Tool (RSST)
