BT201743 - Physician assistants eligible to enroll as IHCP providers (June 29, 2017) 
BT201744 - IHCP to enroll OTPs under a designated provider type and cover OTP-specific services (June 29, 2017) 
BT201745 - Providers who bill with an NPI must use full nine-digit ZIP Codes and taxonomy codes on all claims

Provider Reference Modules
Laboratory Services (June 29, 2017) 
- Added Provider Healthcare Portal billing options as appropriate throughout the module 
 - Updated the definition of clinical laboratory in the Introduction section 
- Updated the IHCP Fee Schedule reference in the Reimbursement Methodology for Laboratory Services section to include both outpatient and professional fee schedules 
- Added information for hospice providers to the Coding and Billing Procedures for Laboratory Services section 
- Updated CPT code references in the Handling Conveyance section 
- Removed outdated references from the HIV Testing section

Code Table and Other Updates
The following updated code tables are now available on the Code Sets page (June 29, 2017):
