The following was announced by Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) on May 20th:
The Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) will be sending email notifications and letters to all providers out of compliance with the required renewal process. All providers of DMHA’s Home and Community Based Wraparound Services programs (PRTF Transition Waiver and the Child Mental Health Wraparound State Plan Amendment) and Division of Aging’s MFP-PRTF Grant Services, are required to apply for renewal of approval every two years from the date of approval for Individual providers and non-accredited agency providers, and every three years from the date of approval for accredited agency providers. It is the responsibility of the provider to track their date of approval and submit their application for renewal of approval, 60-days prior to the end of the current approval period.
If you receive a letter, please respond accordingly. If you do not receive a letter, this is a great time to review your due dates and starting preparing for submission of paperwork 60- days prior to end of your current approval period.
Please submit inquires to DMHAYouthServices@fssa.in.gov.
