![]() INARF member Developmental Services, Inc. (DSI) has named Shane Burton as the agency’s new Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Bill Hadar, who retired in January after leading the organization for over 28 years. Burton has 23 years of experience at DSI, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer. The decision to appoint Burton was made through a special selection committee comprised of DSI board members as well as Smith & Syberg, a Columbus, Indiana executive search firm. "I greatly appreciate everyone involved in the selection process," said Burton. "I'm privileged to serve as CEO of such a wonderful organization. The programs at DSI are innovative and the employees who implement them are dedicated and professional. I have complete confidence in the senior leadership, management and support staff as well as the many dedicated direct support professionals who serve our clients."
INARF congratulates DSI and Mr. Burton, and looks forward to its continued relationship. Comments are closed.
