Division of Aging In-Person Rate Review Stakeholder Meetings – June 13

As you may know, the Division of Aging is conducting a home and community-based services rate methodology project, in coordination with the broader FSSA organization, to develop a structured and transparent approach to establishing new rates for its Medicaid HCBS waiver program services.  As a follow up to our Division of Aging rate methodology meeting on April 25, 2019, we will be holding two in-person stakeholder meetings for a technical discussion on the Division’s provider survey results, proposed rates and estimated fiscal impact. ​

The rate review stakeholder meetings will occur on Thursday, June 13, 2019, for HCBS providers who serve individuals on the Aged & Disabled or Traumatic Brain Injury waiver. There will be one meeting for Assisted Living services and another meeting for all other Division of Aging waiver services at the following times:

• Assisted Living Services: 8:30 a.m. EDT at the Indiana Government Center, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 1.

• All other Division of Aging waiver services: 10 a.m. EDT at the Indiana Government Center, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 1.

• Those who cannot join in-person may use the following webinar information:

    • Participants will sign in as a guest using their name
  • Audio will be voice over internet, so participants will need to use speakers or headphones to hear the presentation.
  • Prior to the webinar, participants can go to https://indiana.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm to test their connection. This will prompt the user with any needed updates or add-ins
  • Do not log into the webinar using Citrix or Virtual Private Network (VPN). These services will not be able to playback audio
