Re: Quarterly Provider Meeting Announcement

The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) invites DDRS providers to attend the Quarterly Provider Meeting on November 7, 2014, from 1-4 p.m. EST. This quarter’s meeting will be held in Fort Wayne, IN at the Allen County Public Library, located at 900 Library Plaza Fort Wayne, IN 46802,(260) 421-1200, instead of the traditional location in Indianapolis. 

Each quarter DDRS hosts a provider meeting allowing providers the opportunity to discuss and ask questions regarding DDRS announcements and polices. Over the next several quarters DDRS will identify a community location in which to have the provider meetings in order to garner greater local feedback on changing processes, the new Home and Community Based (HCBS) rule, and other initiatives within the Division. A webinar option for this quarter’s meeting will be made available for individuals who cannot attend the meeting in person. 

The meeting’s agenda and webinar access information will be sent out prior to the meeting.
