Community Connections for People with Disabilities Grant Round 2 - Open Now, Closes May 214/22/2021
Round 2 of the Community Connections for People with Disabilities grant opportunity is open and available for application. The CCPWD grant is provided through a collaboration between the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services and the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Round 2 of the CCPWD grant addresses the changing realities of the COVID-19 public health emergency by targeting activities designed to assist Hoosier adults with disabilities in preparing for a return to in-person interactions in the workplace and community.
Round 2 is open to interested municipalities partnering with qualifying non-profit community disability organizations. A qualifying community disability organization may be any of the following:
