As the new Account Executive with Ability Indiana for just over a month, I have already had some amazing experiences. I have had the privilege of visiting a handful of participating Ability Indiana employment centers that manufacture goods and provide services for the state of Indiana. These visits enable me to see various facilities and operations but the most important thing that I have seen is the people. I have met inspiring servant leaders who relentlessly give their time and energy to helping individuals with disabilities, oftentimes putting their own personal interests aside to ensure individuals with disabilities find meaning in daily activities. And, as incredible as it is to meet the people who run the organization, it is even more amazing to see and meet the individuals with disabilities who are performing the work.
