On Tuesday, December 4, Senator Victoria Spartz and Representatives Donna Schaibley, Jerry Torr, and Tony Cook met at Janus Developmental Services to learn about issues and challenges facing Hamilton County Express (“HCE”), in particular anticipated future funding changes. HCE is the county’s public transit service operated by Janus. Also attending the meeting were representatives from the Central Indiana Regional Transit Authority (“CIRTA”) who were able to share a regional perspective on the future changes.
