Thursday, July 16, DDRS released surveys focused on gathering feedback from providers, DSPs, and case managers on their perspectives and experiences with BQIS' current quality and compliance approach. DDRS developed these surveys in partnership with the Living Well Steering Committee. The feedback will provide DDRS with valuable insight for the future Living Well planning, as well as establish a baseline to see if future changes have an impact in shifting perspectives and practices. INARF encourages our members to participate in these anonymous surveys and share the surveys with staff at all levels of your organization. The surveys will close July 31.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) today announced significant steps to improve workers’ and employers’ experiences with the use of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). WHD announced that it will publish a Request for Information (RFI) in the Federal Register seeking the public’s feedback on the administration and use of the law, and unveiled revised, streamlined optional forms that employers and workers can use when applying for and coordinating FMLA leave.
