EXHIBITOR BENEFITS
Exhibit opportunities are designed to offer organizations maximum visibility before, during and after the Conference. The benefits listed below are designed to provide optimal exposure for your organization.
  • Exposure on the Annual Conference webpage, marketing materials and Mobile App. As a Conference Exhibitor, your organization’s name is included in the Exhibitor listing located on the INARF website and ON-LINE publications recognizing your participation in and support of the Annual Conference.
  • Dedicated Agenda Time. During dedicated breaks and meal functions, attendees are encouraged to stop by the exhibit booths to gather additional information on the products and/or services of interest to them. The exhibit layout encourages high traffic in a casual atmosphere to speak with potential customers.
  • Complimentary Breaks & Meals. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, March 22, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks are provided for Exhibitors (Limit 2 per booth).
  • Access Conference Attendees through Mobile App. Each Exhibitor receives the opportunity to utilize the Conference Mobile App to send push notifications to registered Conference attendees beginning 2 weeks prior to the event. 
  • Complimentary Educational Opportunities. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, March 22, registered Exhibitors may attend any of the educational sessions that highlight new trends and innovations in the human service industry, as time permits. A one-day registration is required for Exhibitors interested in attending the Pre-Conference on Tuesday, March 20 and/or the Conference on Wednesday, March 21.
  • Discounted Room Rate. Exhibitors are able to take advantage of the negotiated group rate at the conference hotel.

Set-Up:  Wednesday, March 21 / 4 – 6 PM, or Thursday, March 22 / 6:30 – 7:30 AM
Exhibit:  Thursday, March 22 / 7:30 AM – 4 PM
  • 7:30 – 8:30 AM / Breakfast with the Exhibitors
  • Mid-Morning Refreshment Break
  • 11:30 – 1 PM / Lunch with the Exhibitors
  • Mid-Afternoon Refreshment Break
Tear Down: Thursday, March 22 / 4 – 5 PM

EXHIBIT BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES & ENHANCEMENTS
EXHIBIT BOOTH - 8’ x 8’ | $575
This opportunity provides an Exhibit strategically placed within the Exhibit Hall to maximize visibility. Included in the exhibit booth is: surrounding pipe and drape; 1 – 6’ Skirted Exhibit Table; 2 Chairs; and 1 Waste Basket 
Note: Exhibit displays or backdrops must be positioned flush to the back wall and not impede visibility of other Exhibitors. 

Enhancements: (Available only to registered Exhibitors.)
INTERNET CONNECTION (Wired) | $50.
The Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your exhibit booth. 

ELECTRICAL OUTLET | $25 - $40
The Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your exhibit booth to run lights, displays, etc.

Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference tote.
