This year’s Annual Conference will reconvene at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center on October 6 & 7, 2021. In addition to the outstanding educational session line-up, the Conference once again boasts the opportunity for Conference attendees to peruse the Artisan Alley to acquire hand crafted items for sale and to tour the Expo Hall to gather innovative solutions to programs and services.  View additional information below to identify an opportunity that showcases your arts, products and/or services.

Annual Conference Expo Hall - Thursday, October 7, 2021
​On Thursday, October 7, attendees will tour the Expo Hall while gathering information on new products and/or services that benefit service delivery or create operational efficiencies.
 
Included in Exhibit booth: 1 – 8’ x 8’ Exhibit Booth with surrounding pipe and drape; 1 – 6’ Skirted Exhibit Table; 2 - Chairs; an ID Sign and a Waste Basket. (Exhibitors are encouraged to utilize the Exhibit Table in the front of their booth to offer social distancing from attendees.)​

Note: Exhibit displays or backdrops must be positioned flush to the back wall and not impede visibility
of other Exhibitors. ​

IN-PERSON EVENT PROTOCOLS:
​
The safety of our participants and team remain our utmost priority and we continue to rely on the following factors to influence hosting in-person meetings/events: 
  1. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines
  2. Indiana Executive Orders and
  3. County Transmission Data
Currently, to maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others, the CDC recommends wearing a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission regardless of vaccination status. In alignment with national and local guidance, mask wearing at INARF events is recommended and disposable masks will be available as a convenience to meeting/event participants. Social distancing accommodations will also be offered when possible.
​
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the immediate marketing exposure provided to INARF Annual Conference Exhibitors, cancellations received prior to Saturday, August 7 will be subject to a processing fee of 25%; if cancellation occurs between August 8 - September 6, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 6. 

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS:
Exhibit opportunities are designed to offer organizations maximum visibility before, during and after the Conference. The benefits listed below are designed to provide optimal exposure for your organization.
  • Exposure on the Annual Conference webpage, marketing materials and App. As a Conference Exhibitor, your organization’s name is included in the Exhibitor listing located on the INARF website and ON-LINE publications recognizing your participation in and support of the Annual Conference.
  • Dedicated Agenda Time. The exhibit layout encourages high traffic in a casual atmosphere to speak with potential customers during dedicated AM/PM breaks and lunch. Attendees are regularly reminded and encouraged to stop by the exhibit booths to gather additional information on the products and/or services of interest to them. 
  • Access to Conference Attendees through Mobile App. Each Exhibitor has the opportunity to utilize the Annual Conference App to send push notifications to registered Conference attendees beginning 2 weeks prior to the event. ​​
  • Complimentary Breaks & Meals. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, October 7, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch are provided for Exhibitors (Limit 2 per booth).
  • ​Complimentary Educational Opportunities. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, October 7, registered Exhibitors may attend any of the educational sessions that highlight new trends and innovations in the human service industry, as time permits. A one-day registration is available for Exhibitors interested in attending the Pre-Conference on Tuesday, October 5 and/or the Conference on Wednesday, October 6.
  • Discounted Hotel Room Rate. The deadline to make hotel reservations at the negotiated rate was extended to September 20 at 11:59 PM and has since expired. Room availability and rates are based on hotel inventory. 

ENHANCEMENTS: (Available to registered Exhibitors.)
INTERNET CONNECTION (Wired) | $130
Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your exhibit booth. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Expo Hall.  

ELECTRICAL OUTLET | $40
Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your exhibit booth to power lights, run displays, etc.

TOTE INSERT | $300
Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference tote. Production of the marketing brochure/flyers (approx. 450) are the responsibility of the organization and are to be delivered to INARF on or before September 24, 2021. 

 
WEBSITE & APP LISTING ENHANCEMENT | $100
