INARF continues to share updates from Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP), as they continue implementation of the CoreMMIS and the Provider Healthcare Portal. All updates will be emailed and posted on this page.
INARF has learned that it is helpful to the HPE support team if providers include as much specific information and examples when communicating with the team about issues. HPE encourages you to send screenshots or excerpts from RAs to demonstrate the issue. They also recommend including an ICN when submitting an issue to the helpdesk to help them better review the issue. For Batch Billing, include the batch number when submitting an issue.
The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) is in the implementation process of the CoreMMIS and the Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal). The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) have made progress in stabilizing the new system, but some performance issues continue. It is their intention to resolve issues as quickly as possible. They also intend to keep the provider community aware of problems that have been identified and the progress being made to resolve them.
