INARF Pre & Annual Conference has been Cancelled
INARF has cancelled all INARF member events scheduled through March 20, including the Pre-Conference, Annual Conference, Annual Meeting of the Members, and the Annual Awards scheduled to be held March 17-19. In the event you have a hotel reservation with the Embassy Suites Noblesville, you will need to contact them directly (317-674-1900) to cancel your reservations on or before close of business Friday, March 13.  

INARF continues to be focused on the health and safety of our members, individuals you support, and your staff. A few moments ago, Indiana Governor Eric J. Holcomb announced additional steps the state of Indiana will take to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in Indiana. Included in those steps was a prohibition on non-essential gatherings of more than 250 people. Specific in his examples were meetings and conferences. 


At this time, we are assessing alternative methods to deliver the content of these events to our members and Conference stakeholders. We will provide additional details regarding the cancellation of the Conference over the next few weeks.

EXHIBIT BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES & ENHANCEMENTS
Annual Conference Expo Hall - Thursday, March 19, 2020
​On Thursday, March 19, an anticipated audience of over 350 individuals will tour the Expo Hall while gathering information on the benefits of products and/or services that will enhance the way services for individuals with disabilities are delivered, designed, and planned. New in 2020, Premier Exhibit Booths will be strategically located in areas with highest visibility.  Additionally, lunch seating has been expanded in the Expo Hall to drive traffic your way and recognition will be added for Lunch hosted by the Exhibitors. 
 
Included in Exhibit booth: 1 – 8’ x 8’ Exhibit Booth with surrounding pipe and drape; 1 – 6’ Skirted Exhibit Table; 2 - Chairs; an ID Sign and a Waste Basket. (Exhibitors are welcome to move or remove the Exhibit Table to accommodate their set-up.)

Note: Exhibit displays or backdrops must be positioned flush to the back wall and not impede visibility of other Exhibitors. ​

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the immediate marketing exposure provided to INARF Annual Conference Exhibitors, cancellations received prior to Friday, January 17 will be subject to a processing fee of 25%; if cancellation occurs between January 18 and February 18, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after February 18.

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS:
Exhibit opportunities are designed to offer organizations maximum visibility before, during and after the Conference. The benefits listed below are designed to provide optimal exposure for your organization.
  • Exposure on the Annual Conference webpage, marketing materials and App. As a Conference Exhibitor, your organization’s name is included in the Exhibitor listing located on the INARF website and ON-LINE publications recognizing your participation in and support of the Annual Conference.
  • Dedicated Agenda Time. During dedicated breaks and meal functions, attendees are encouraged to stop by the exhibit booths to gather additional information on the products and/or services of interest to them. The exhibit layout encourages high traffic in a casual atmosphere to speak with potential customers.
  • Access to Conference Attendees through Mobile App. Each Exhibitor has the opportunity to utilize the Annual Conference App to send push notifications to registered Conference attendees beginning 2 weeks prior to the event. ​​
  • Complimentary Breaks & Meals. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, March 19, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch are provided for Exhibitors (Limit 2 per booth).
  • ​Complimentary Educational Opportunities. On Exhibit Day – Thursday, March 19, registered Exhibitors may attend any of the educational sessions that highlight new trends and innovations in the human service industry, as time permits. A one-day registration is available for Exhibitors interested in attending the Pre-Conference on Tuesday, March 17 and/or the Conference on Wednesday, March 18.
  • Discounted Hotel Room Rate. Exhibitors are able to take advantage of the negotiated group rate of $149 (plus applicable tax) at the Embassy Suites. ​Reservations secured after February 15 will be subject to availability and standard rates. ​

ENHANCEMENTS: (Available to registered Exhibitors.)
INTERNET CONNECTION (Wired) | $130
The Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your exhibit booth. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Expo Hall. 

ELECTRICAL OUTLET | $40
The Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your exhibit booth to power lights, run displays, etc.

TOTE INSERT | $300
Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference tote. Production of the marketing brochure/flyers (approx. 475) are the responsibility of the organization and are to be delivered to INARF on or before March 4, 2020. 
 
WEBSITE & APP LISTING ENHANCEMENT | $100 
Link your organization’s website to enhance your listing on the Conference Website and App.
