The various current INARF professional development opportunities are listed below:
Annual Conference - an annual gathering of program managers/directors, case managers, management staff, service coordinators, and many others looking to come away empowered with knowledge and information to help them sharpen their vision to bring new innovative approaches into their organizations and the supports they deliver. (Submissions for 2026 are closed. Submissions for 2027 are being accepted.)
Leadership Academy - a prestigious leadership professional development program that combines equal parts data, strategy, finance, leadership, and communication taught by industry experts and experienced leaders, and designed for industry professionals committed to the future of the human service industry. (Submissions for the Academy 2026 Curriculum are closed. Submissions for the Academy 2027 Curriculum are being accepted.)
Conference for DSPs& Frontline Supervisors – a Conference designed to enhance the professional development and recognition of Indiana’s DSP Workforce and Equip Frontline Supervisors with the tools and skills needed for on-the-job success. (Submissions for 2026 are closed. Submissions for 2027 are being accepted.)
Professional Development Trainings - a combination of in-depth, in-person trainings on industry-related topics such as Person-Centered Individualized Support Facilitator Training, Cybersecurity, Group Home Cost-Based Medicaid Reimbursement, HIPPA Violations, Investigate with Confidence, Fatal Five, and much more.
