Rescheduled In-Person Rate Review Stakeholder Meetings – June 21

The Division of Aging's rescheduled, in-person stakeholder meetings will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019, for providers of Home-and-Community-Based Services for the Aged and Disabled and Traumatic Brain Injury waivers. The agenda for these meetings is a technical discussion on the Division’s provider survey results, proposed rates, and estimated fiscal impact. As previously announced, there will be one meeting for Assisted Living services and another meeting for all other Division of Aging waiver services at the following times:​

• All providers of Division of Aging wavier services except Assisted Living services: 1 p.m. Eastern Time at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 W. Washington Street, Conference Room 19
• Assisted Living services: 3 p.m. Eastern Time at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 W. Washington Street, Conference Room 19
• For those who cannot join in person, remote participation details follow:

  • Participants will sign in as a guest using their name. 
  • Audio will be voice over internet, so participants will need to use speakers or headphones to hear the presentation.

  • Do not log into the webinar using Citrix or Virtual Private Network (VPN). These services will not be able to playback audio
