Night Owl Support Systems, LLC (NOSS) is sure everyone's lives have been turned upside down with the COVID-19 crisis. NOSS is available to provide you with assistance or help during this difficult time. Some states have sent out memos that have encouraged providers to look at Remote Supports. We have seen an increase in referrals in the last two weeks as the workforce is getting strained. Likewise, we at NOSS are strengthening our backup systems and adjusting where we can to accommodate the increased needs and to run business as usual.
If you are considering new homes for service, we still want to go through the appropriate process however, we will do our best to expedite the process.
That being said, please call/email to discuss the situation first. If it is appropriate, we will then ask a referral be filled out and schedule an intake meeting. These meetings can take place via phone/video conferencing. We do want to help and if we can expedite the process we will but for our sanity, we need to follow our normal process of inquiry, referral and an intake meeting.
