Organizations that provide services to individuals served by the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities are invited to attend.
Ten students from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and the Zurich University of the Arts have developed a two-wheeled wheelchair that has the ability to climb stairs. They have named it Scalevo.

Yesterday, the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) announced a long-awaited update to the Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VR) Manual of Employment Services. Notably, the manual includes clarification on billing and associated documentation requirements. The updated manual can be found here. BRS also posted a Billing and Mileage Worksheet and an updated Employment Services FAQ sheet providers may use to assist with the billing process – please note, use of the Billing and Mileage Worksheet is optional.

Hope, Director, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) Re: Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Service billing clarifications Date: October 20, 2015 The Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VR) Manual of Employment Services has been updated to reflect minor modifications based on feedback gathered since the roll-out of the employment service revisions July 1, 2015. The section on billing is one area that has been modified. This memo serves to provide further clarification on billing, and specifically the documentation requirements for billing. To ensure that we are meeting your needs as an Association, INARF launched a single-question satisfaction survey to all staff within each member organization. Your input to this survey will allow us to tailor educational programming, communication, and other Association activities to ensure the needs of your organization are met.
