Link Inarf," the 2013 Annual Conference, began on Wednesday, March 13, with a brief welcome by INARF Board Chair Jill Dunn followed by a Keynote address by bestselling author and customer service guru Petra Marquart. The Annual Awards Luncheon gave attendees the opportunity to celebrate the outstanding contributions of members, community partners, and consumers in the industry.

#### LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is proud to announce the kickoff of the Annual Nose-On disability awareness campaign. The 2013 LOGAN Nose-On Luncheon will feature NASCAR driver David Ragan and his brother, Adam, a person with Down Syndrome. David and Adam will share their story with LOGAN friends and fans on March 19 at the Century Center in South Bend. On February 19, 2013 Mosaic will celebrate a milestone anniversary honoring 100 years of service to persons with disabilities and their families. The centennial celebration, A Century of Service, A Legacy of Love, will kick-off with an organization-wide celebration for staff and individuals they serve in 38 locations across 10 states.
