Earlier today, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) announced that, effective April 1, 2016, Home and Community-Based Service waiver providers who are required to provide monthly/quarterly reports for individuals served will now upload those reports directly into the Advocare Provider Portal for the review and reference of the entire Individualized Support Team. Case managers will continue to be responsible for ensuring that provider reports are received by the individual receiving services and their guardians, if applicable. This change is also reflected in the new Enhanced Residential Living service definition included in the submitted CIHW Amendment.
