OVERVIEW
The INARF Annual Conference continues to evolve in 2026, bringing all audiences together for a dynamic two-and-a-half-day experience. The conference opens with the INARF Opening Awards Celebration and wraps up with Best Practices Sessions that foster peer-to-peer learning among professionals in similar roles from across the state. In between, attendees engage in a variety of one-hour educational sessions, explore the Expo Hall between sessions and during lunch, shop unique hand-crafted items from Artisan Exhibitors, and connect with vendors offering innovative products and services. Casual conversation and meaningful networking are woven throughout the event, highlighted by Tuesday evening’s Annual Conference Reception. The Agenda and Registration for Annual Conference Attendees will open June 1.

The Opening Awards Ceremony launches the INARF 2026 Annual Conference with energy, inspiration, and purpose - setting the tone for a meaningful conference experience. This signature event features the presentation of the five INARF Annual Awards, honoring individuals whose leadership, dedication, and innovation continue to elevate services and supports for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities across Indiana and includes the celebration of the achievements of the INARF Leadership Academy – Class of 2026 Graduates. This inspiring opening set the stage for connection, learning, and momentum that will be carried out throughout the conference experience. Nominations are now open.
