AGENDA It’s official! Over the past three months, we have promoted the “shaking of the snow globe” that occurred because of recommendations from the 2024 Annual Conference Attendees and our event Partners. This “shaking of the snow globe” will include several new features designed to bring together all audiences into a single two-and-a-half-day Conference, kicking off with the INARF Opening Awards Celebration and concluding with Best Practices Sessions among peers from similar positions around the state. In between, Attendees will select from 32, 1-hour educational sessions and peruse the Expo Hall between sessions and at lunch to purchase hand-crafted items from Artisan Exhibitors and gather information on new products and/or services. Opportunities for casual conversations and networking will be enhanced during Wednesday night’s Annual Conference Reception. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! REGISTRATION New this year, Registration will include attendance at a two-and-a-half-day Conference and will open on June 6, offering discounted Registration for INARF Members and those who register on or before the early-bird date of September 16.
HOTEL DETAILS Attendees and event partners are invited to reserve guest rooms at anegotiated rate of $169 (plus appl. taxes) per night at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis. This rate includescomplimentary Wi-Fi, a2-hour Evening Reception, and Cooked-to-Order Breakfast. The Room Block is currently open.
ANNUAL AWARDS The Opening Awards Ceremony will set the tone for the Annual Conference by bringing awareness and recognition to the INARF Annual Award recipients as well as the INARF Leadership Academy - Class of 2025 Graduates. Call for Annual Awards nominations will open May 12.

EXHIBIT Exhibiting offers the opportunity to showcase handcrafted items, products, and/or services to over 300+ Attendees. The newly designed Expo Hall will combine traditional vendors with Artisan Alley participants in a single space for increased visibility. Additionally, this year's Expo Hall will showcase exhibitors on both Wednesday and Thursday, presenting the opportunity to exhibit on either day. Exhibit registration is now open.
