INARF 2026 Annual Conference Exhibit Opportunities 

The INARF 2026 Annual Conference Expo Hall brings together traditional exhibitors and Artisan Alley participants in a shared, high-traffic space designed to maximize visibility and engagement with more than 325 attendees. Exhibitors benefit from built-in foot traffic during session breaks and mealtimes, creating multiple touchpoints for meaningful connection. With exhibit opportunities available on both Tuesday and Wednesday, organizations can choose the day, or days, that best align with their goals, offering flexibility while delivering a strong return on investment.  

Due to overwhelming interest, the INARF 2026 Annual Conference Exhibition Opportunities are SOLD OUT. We have begun a Wait List in the event an opening occurs.

  • An Exhibit space (Expo Hall Booth: 8’ W x 8’ D; VIP Booth: 8’ W x 10' D) that includes one draped table (6’ long), two chairs and one trash can

ENHANCEMENTS (Available to registered Exhibitors) 
  • Electrical Outlet | $50 
    Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your Booth to power lights, displays, etc. 
  • Website & Mobile App Listing Enhancement | $100  
    Link your organization’s website to the Conference Website and Mobile App to enhance the visibility of your crafts, products and/or services.  
  • ​Tote Insert | $300 
    Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference Tote. Production of the marketing brochure/flyers (approx. 400) are the responsibility of the organization and are to be delivered to INARF on or before September 9, 2026.  
  • Internet Connection (Wired) | $140 
    Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your Exhibit booth. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Conference Center.

EXHIBITOR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 
Due to the immediate visibility offered, payments are due 30 days from receipt of the invoice. INARF has the right to release exhibit booths if payment is not made 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Should the need to cancel arise, cancellations received prior to Tuesday, July 28 will be subject to a processing fee of 25%; if cancellation occurs between July 28 and August 25, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after Tuesday, August 25.
