INARF 2025 Annual Conference Exhibit Opportunities 

Exhibiting offers the opportunity to showcase handcrafted items, products, and/or services to over 300+ Attendees. The newly designed Expo Hall will combine traditional vendors with Artisan Alley participants in a single space for increased visibility. Additionally, Exhibitors offering Conference Sponsorship at the Silver Level or above are offered the opportunity to reserve a VIP Exhibit Booth in the Primary Foyer.

  • An 8’ W x 8’ D space that includes one draped table (6’ long), two chairs and one trash can

  • Inclusion in the Exhibitor Listing on the Conference Exhibitor Webpage, App, and Program 
  • Access to Conference Attendees through Mobile App and Attendee List at the conclusion of the Conference.

ENHANCEMENTS (Available to registered Exhibitors) 
  • Electrical Outlet | $50 
    Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide electrical service to your Booth to power lights, displays, etc. 
  • Website & Mobile App Listing Enhancement | $100  
    Link your organization’s website to the Conference Website and Mobile App to enhance the visibility of your crafts, products and/or services.  
  • ​Tote Insert | $300 
    Promote your product or service with the inclusion of your company’s marketing flyer in the Conference Tote. Production of the marketing brochure/flyers (approx. 425) are the responsibility of the organization and are to be delivered to INARF on or before September 24, 2025.  
  • Internet Connection (Wired) | $140 
    Upon request, the Conference hotel will provide wired internet access to your Exhibit booth. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the Expo Hall.

EXHIBITOR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 
Due to the immediate visibility offered, payments are due 30 days from receipt of the invoice. INARF has the right to release exhibit booths if payment is not made 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Should the need to cancel arise, cancellations received prior to Saturday, August 12, will be subject to a processing fee of 25%; if cancellation occurs between August 12 and September 16, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 16.
